The venue is spacious and fairly clean with a good value and very very helpful staff. I have stayed in the superior king room with a double bed. The location is magnificent and lovely and next to the train station. Don't forget to explore Nakamura Ward district.

No ground floor presence to help with luggage upon arrival. Phone booth delays for taxi orders. Cleanliness issues with dust and stains in rooms, and room service options were limited with five dishes available. Laundry service has blackout dates, and the Club Lounge amenities were basic with an unhelpful happy hour. Navigating to the lobby could be a bit of a maze.

The views from the 31st floor reception and Sky Dining are fine, especially at night. We enjoyed a delicious Hawaiian buffet dinner with amazing views.
